Review : freedom at midnight

Usually i don't like to give feedback on book or movies because everyone has their one view but this book inspired me lot and has changed my view on many historical moments so thought to share it with you.
Great journey of this books began when i have visited my home-town during march end, have issued this book from govt library of my hometown without any intent, book is completely based on time and incident happened between Jan '47 to 48, written by two English author during '73, book started from plot in London where British  has decided to give us independence and for that opted Mountbatten as our last viceroy and ended at death of mahatma Gandhi. Prior to this book i had very limited knowledge on topics discussed in this book but after reading this book  i have great respect of all freedom fighter who took part in those days, especially Gandhi. I literally became nervous when Gandhi died. Author Larry Collins has spent around 5yr and $3lac to gather all required info for this book but once you complete this book, worth he did it. I gone through very few such books which put us in deep thought and this is one of them. This book has put me in deep thought about Gandhi and our past and inspired me to read more about them. Sorry for all my bad words about Gandhi I spoke in past.
Overall, Great book ! and must read for every Indian.
